Cross-Cutting Skills Assessment In Secondary School Practice (CCSA)

The ‘Cross-Cutting Skills Assessment In Secondary School Practice’ (CCSA) study is supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) as part of the Scholars at Risk program (SAR Switzerland section). The research aims to study the experience of assessing students' cross-cutting skills in school practice in Switzerland and Ukraine and to summarise the process and systematise the prospects for overcoming the identified difficulties in the relevant recommendations. The study of the project's issues from the point of view of schoolteachers and experts (scientists) in Ukraine and Switzerland will allow for the identification of the challenges in the process, positive experiences and needs of teachers, conduct a comparative analysis in the context of the respective educational environments and trace possible dependencies of teachers' diagnostic competence on the conditions of professional activity (professional training, resource provision).
